Randy Henry grew up in Sterling, Kansas. He graduated from Sterling College in 1972 with a degree in history and political science and a minor in English. He received his JD from Washburn University School of Law in December 1974.

Randy has 40 plus years legal experience and serves all of central Kansas.

Randy provides attorney services in the areas of Bankruptcy, probate, estate
planning, oil and gas, land/tenant issues, school and municipal law, adoption,
family law, real estate, and business organizations.

Randy’s current civic involvement includes serving as the Chairman of the Board
of Trustees at Sterling College.

Randy is also a member of the City Attorney’s Association of Kansas, National
School Board Association and Kansas School Attorney’s Association

Randy is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Kansas. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Southwest Kansas Bar Association, the Rice County Bar Association, Reno County Bar Association and the 20th Judicial District Ethics Panel. He is also a member of the City Attorney’s Association of Kansas and National School Board Association.
Randy is active in the community having served as the President of the Sterling Chamber of Commerce, Cub Master of Pack 369, President of Sterling’s Black Bear Booster Club and Trustee of the First United Methodist church. Randy’s current civic involvement includes serving as a Trustee on the Board of Sterling College, a senior lecturer in business law at Sterling college, adult Sunday school teacher at the First United Methodist Church, and as the “voice of the Warriors and Black Bears” for Sterling College and Sterling High School Basketball.

Randy and his wife, Georgia, have three adult children: Justin and his wife, Mandy of Wichita; Brandon and his wife, Summer, of Mission Hills, Kansas; Amy and her husband, Will, of Olathe, Kansas. Randy has five grandchildren: Mckenzie, Brent, Beckett, Sadler, and Locklin. Randyhas six grandchildren.
